Omar joined the company in October 2016 as a Clinical Supervisor. He is currently serving as a BCBA overseeing in-home ABA programs across the Bay Area.
Omar earned his B.A. in Psychology through the Dominican University of California and received his M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis through Ball State University. He received his BCBA certification in 2017.
Omar has experience working with children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He has worked in a large variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and in-home ABA programs, with a variety of clients, including some with severe problem behaviors (e.g. self-injurious behavior and aggression) and clients with mild behavior issues with an emphasis on verbal, adaptive, and social behavior development.
