Kathryn joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2014, servicing San Diego, CA. She is a Senior Consultant with Butterfly Effects.
Kathryn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Biochemistry with a Spanish minor in 2009 from the University of San Diego and her MA in Child, Family, and School Psychology from the University of Denver in 2012. She received her BCBA certification in 2013.
She has worked with clients ranging from 18 months to 22 years of age. Kathryn has worked with disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, global developmental delays, Fragile X Syndrome, Down Syndrome, and Traumatic Brain Injuries.
Kathryn has experience with a variety of clinical settings, including both home and school. She has worked in the ABA field at a variety of agencies in San Diego. Kathryn completed her practicum in graduate school at the Joshua School, which is a school for individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism, Fragile X Syndrome, and developmental delays, located in Denver, CO. Kathryn grew up in a military family, as her father was in the Navy Reserves throughout her childhood.
