Jacquelyn, M.A., BCBA, Doctoral Candidate joined the company as a BCBA in 2018, servicing the greater Sacramento area, CA. She is a Sacramento Clinical Director.
Jacquelyn earned her M.A., from Sacramento State University in Child Development and her BCBA in 2012. She will also graduate with a doctorate in the philosophy of advanced human behavior from the Harold Able School of Psychology and Counseling at Capella University by January 2019.
As a BCBA and scholar, she continues to explore behaviorism, cognitive neurology, kinesics, bio behaviorism and other frameworks to better understand Autism and the development of our kids through adulthood. She studies social, behavioral, and communication skills to target the development of social understanding that can facilitate success within our diverse social world. She also collaborates closely with other medical and treatment professionals to treat the whole individual and advance awareness of Autism.
Jacquelyn has experience with individuals from the age of six months to 83 years of age. She has worked with multiple diagnoses and tailored the programs to help our clients achieve their goals. She is also the spouse of a medically retired veteran of 22 years and can appreciate the hardship experienced with the deployment of a family member while facilitating therapies for a child with Autism.
Jacquelyn is a member of CALABA and is pursuing affiliations with other professional organizations as she continues to grow in her career.
