Chelsea joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2017, servicing West Palm Beach, FL.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and her Master’s degree in Special Education/Autism from Oakland University. She completed her post graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology before gaining her BCBA certification in 2014.

She spent three years as a Special Education teacher in Miami-Dade County, and one year teaching Fifth Grade at an American school in England. She has spent the past four years in Michigan, serving as a Clinical Manager at the Healing Haven, a clinic that provides behavioral intervention services to children with autism ages 2-12.

Chelsea has two uncles who served as Marines and one uncle that served in the Army
