Jill

MS, BCBA

Jill joined Butterfly Effects in 2007, servicing South Florida.  Since 2015, she has been the Director of Training, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement with Butterfly Effects.

Jill earned her Bachelor of Science from The University of Florida and her Master’s Degree from Kaplan University in Applied Behavior Analysis.   Jill received her BCBA certification in 2012 after working as a BCaBA for 9 years.

She has expertise in early learner programming, training and staff development.

Jill has experience providing direct services for children on the autism spectrum as well as training for technicians, parents and school staff. Jill has worked as a classroom teacher, program director of a small school and has been a part of national training programs.

Jill is a member of FABA and VABA.
