Alex joined Butterfly Effects as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2016, servicing Atlanta, Georgia. She is a Senior BCBA with Butterfly Effects.
Alex earned her Master’s in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Auburn University. Alex received her BCBA certification in 2016.
She has expertise in the behavioral treatment of children with pediatric feeding disorders as well as developing behavior protocols for individuals with severe problem behaviors. She has extensive knowledge on behavioral interventions for smoking cessation and physical activity. She conducted a research study while completing her Master’s thesis on the effects of physical activity on smoking cessation.
Alex is a member of the Southeastern Association for Applied Behavior Analysis, and the North Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis.
