Suzanne joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2016, servicing Augusta, Georgia and Columbia, South Carolina. She is a Senior Consultant with Butterfly Effects.

Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from The University of Maryland University College in 2012, and she earned her Master of Arts in Special Education with certificates in both Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University in 2015. She received her BCBA certification in 2016.

She gained experience through working in both clinical and home environment. Suzanne has worked with individuals ranging from ages 3-22. She worked in a clinical environment for three years working towards her BCBA. Suzanne has experience in severe and aggressive behaviors, verbal behavior, functional communication training, functional living skills and early intervention, Augmented Alternative Communication Devices (AAC) devices, and autism as well as other developmental and learning disabilities.

Suzanne is passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and their families to help them work towards independent and functional living.
