April joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in July 2016. She works at the Butterfly Effects center in New Orleans as a BCBA, Senior Behavior Analyst.
April completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Tulane University in May 2011. She earned her Master’s degree in Teaching as Applied Behavior Analysis at Teachers College, Columbia University and received her BCBA certification in 2014.
April has experience working with children ages 3-10 in home and school settings. April enjoys establishing early learning and social skills. She also has extensive experience in increasing verbal operants through the principles of verbal behavior.
April is a member of the Louisiana Behavior Analysis Association and the Association of Behavior Analysis International.
