Radiah joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2017 servicing both Orleans and Jefferson Parish in Louisiana.

Radiah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2002. In 2004, she earned her Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of New Orleans. Radiah began working in ABA in 2006 after Hurricane Katrina in Houston, Texas.  She later moved back home to New Orleans in 2010 working in both an ABA and a teaching capacity.

Radiah joined Butterfly Effects as a behavior technician in the summer of 2014. She later became a Company Trainer and Registered Behavior Technician with Butterfly Effects. In March of 2017 Radiah completed her post-graduate certificate from Capella University in Applied Behavior Analysis. In August of 2017 Radiah became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Radiah’s area of expertise as a BCBA includes both teens and young adults, using ABA in a preschool setting, shadowing, and employee and parent training.

Radiah is a member of the Louisiana Behavior Analysis Association.
