Heather joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA and Clinical Supervisor in 2014, servicing Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. She is currently a Clinical Supervisor and Senior Consultant with Butterfly Effects.
Heather earned her BS in Psychology from Davidson College. She then earned her Masters in Psychology with a Specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. She received her BCBA certification in May 2013 and her LPA in March 2015.
Although she has experience working with children of all ages and skill levels, Heather’s main focus is the early intervention population. She also enjoys working collaboratively with other BCBAs that she supervises on reduction of problem behavior and functional life skills. Heather has experience working in autism clinics as well as consulting for the public school system while in graduate school in Florida.
Heather is a member of the North Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis (NCABA) and Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
