Jill joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2018 servicing the Triad Region (Winston Salem, Greensboro, High Point) of North Carolina. She is a Senior Behavior Analyst with Butterfly Effects.
Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin and her master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Jill received her BCBA certification in 2012.
She has over fifteen years of experience designing individualized teaching programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum and related disorders.
Jill ran a small company providing primarily early intervention services for eight years and has experience with training employees, family members, and professional groups. Prior to starting her own business, Jill worked with school-aged children with autism and adults with developmental disabilities in a community setting. She has taught skills in all domains including communication, socialization, academics, self-care, and vocational skills.
Jill is a member of the North Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis (NCABA).
