Leah joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2010, servicing the Jacksonville, Fayetteville, Wilmington, & Charleston, SC areas. She has held roles throughout the company in our Training & Clinical Departments, and is now a Quality Assessment & Performance & Improvement Specialist & Senior Behavioral Consultant.

Leah earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Washington, MA in Psychology from Boston University, and MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. She received her BCBA Certification in March 2008.

Leah worked with the Camp Lejeune Department of Defense and Educational Act during 2011-2013 to implement ABA services across the seven schools within the system. ABA was introduced to the school system through professional training and ongoing consultations with staff and students.

Leah has presented clinical work at several national conferences. Her work includes: Skill acquisition: alternatives for teaching tooth brushing to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
