Autumn joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2015, servicing the greater Richmond area, Northern Virginia, and Hampton Roads, Virginia. She is a Senior Consultant with Butterfly Effects.
Autumn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006 and completed her Master’s degree in Special Education: Severe Disabilities at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2010. She completed her Master’s level ABA certification through the Florida Institute of Technology in 2014. Autumn received her BCBA and LBA certifications in 2014.
She has been utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis to teach communication, academic, social and functional life skills to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities in public and private school settings since 2006.
Autumn has extensive experience in school settings and maintains full teacher licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia. While she has successfully worked with individuals of all ages, her greatest area of expertise is teaching functional communication and life skills to adolescent aged clients.
