Meade joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2014, servicing South Florida and Virginia regions, as well as Orlando, FL. She currently serves as the Regional Director with Butterfly Effects for Virginia and South Florida.
Meade earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI, her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, and gained her BCBA certification in 2013.
In 2000, Meade began in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis while working on her undergraduate degree. She has worked with children and young adults ranging in age from 17 months to 22 years. Meade has specialties ranging in areas of acquisition skills, verbal behavior, and social skills, as well as reducing difficult behaviors. Meade came to Butterfly Effects with Organizational Behavior Management experience and has practiced in clinical and home based settings, both as a clinician and manager. Meade has participated in various research studies and has an article published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Meade is a member of Florida Association for Behavior Analysis, Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis International, Organizational Behavior Management Network, and Association of Professional Behavior Analysts.
