Diane Rico, MA,BCBA
South Florida Regional Director
Diane Rico is the Regional Director for South Florida. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2005. In that time she has worked in various settings, including clinics, schools, home, vocational programs, day programs, and residential facilities. She has experience working with a wide variety of populations, including early intervention infants to elderly adults, and from mild to severe mental retardation, as well with individuals along all parts of the autism spectrum. Diane received her B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University in 2005, and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2010. Diane has taught academic, communication, social, functional, and vocational skills, while also working to reduce problem behaviors.

Jessica Cloutier, MS,BCBA
North Florida and Virginia Regional Director
Jessica joins Butterfly Effects with over 7 years of experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis field. She graduated from Stetson University with her Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology. She earned a Master's of Counseling with a focus in Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern. Jessica has experience with a wide array of settings including residential, private school, center based and in home. Jessica has worked with all ages and many diagnoses including Autism, Aspergers, Mental Retardation and other developmental disabilities. Jessica specializes in verbal behavior and acquisition skills but also has a long history of behavior reduction. Jessica was certified as an Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2008 and as a Behavior Analyst in 2009. October of 2012, Jessica took on the role of Regional Director for North Florida and Virginia. In her new role she is focusing on quality assurance, community involvement, and strong staff support.

Amanda Fullbright, M.Ed,BCBA,LBA
Gulf Coast Regional Director
Amanda Fullbright serves Butterfly Effects as the Gulf Coast Regional Director, serving the states of Texas, Louisiana, and Arizona. She has worked in a variety of settings including clinic based, home based, and community based settings. Amanda's areas of focus have been early intervention, autism intervention, parent training, as well as staff training and management. She has an extensive background developing and implementing individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children diagnosed with autism. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and her Master’s degree in Special Education, as well as graduate certificates in autism intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Amanda is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
Mrs. Katherine Diedrich, MA,BCBA,LPA
North Carolina Regional Director
Katherine "Kat" Diedrich is the North Carolina Regional Director for Butterfly Effects. She graduated summa cum laude with honors from UNC Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following graduation she earned a Master of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at UNC Wilmington in May of 2011. As part of her clinical coursework she completed an intensive practicum in group homes and a vocational setting, as well as a 1,000 hour supervised internship at The Mariposa School. Following internship she worked as a tutor and then a consultant at the Carolina Center for ABA and Autism Treatment. In September 2011 she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and in May 2012, a Licensed Psychological Associate. Katherine joined the Butterfly Effects team in March of 2013 as Clinical Supervisor/Senior Consultant, and she has since taken the role of North Carolina Regional Director.
Tia Lamb is the Recruiting Coordinator for Butterfly Effects, LLC. She currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Healthcare Management. Tia previously worked as the Operations Coordinator for a hospital run Home Health department where she was responsible for developing and implementing orientation and training programs for all staff. As well as provided training and technical support for all healthcare computer systems. She was also responsible for scheduling and field placement of all nursing staff. Her most challenging yet rewarding success was the planning and implementation of a fully electronic payroll system. This challenged her to find a way to accommodate the needs of the nursing staff who were not on site. She currently provides support to the Regional Directors and the management team in the areas of recruitment and on-boarding. Tia enjoys working closely with people to find the right career fit.
