Kelly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who loves working with children, helping them reach their goals while having fun. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Biology, from the University of Alabama. She has also obtained a Master of Science degree in Counseling, with a specialization in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. Kelly has over 5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays, including positions as case manager, behavior therapist, and behavior analyst, as well as through volunteer opportunities. Kelly has worked with children across a wide range of ages and settings (clinic, home, school), particularly in the areas of skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and verbal behavior. She is always excited to meet and work with new individuals, eager to tackle a challenge and be creative, and loves being part of the Butterfly Effects team.
