Sylvia Kemp joins Butterfly Effects with over four years of experience in the field of Special Education. She has provided service in the classroom, home, and community settings, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis. Sylvia is trained and experienced in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual/ developmental disabilities, behavior management and aggressive behavior reduction, teaching social and daily skill improvement, workplace development, and goal realization. She received her Bachelor's degree in 2008, from the University of the District of Columbia and earned her Master's of Education from Cambridge College in 2012. Through the use of a client centered approach, Sylvia supports and encourages positive growth of clients.
