Kimberli joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2015 servicing New Orleans, LA. She is a Senior Consultant with Butterfly Effects.
Kimberli earned her BA in Psychology from Norfolk State University along with a minor in Elementary Education, her MA in Special Education from Azusa Pacific University along with a license to teach students with Mild to Moderate Disabilities, an Autism Certificate from National University along with a license to teach students with Moderate to Severe Disabilities, and received her Applied Behavioral Analysis training from the University of West Florida. Kimberli received her BCBA certification in 2015.
She has worked with children and adults who had a variety of skill deficits (social, academic, life skills, etc), challenging behaviors and communication deficits. Kimberli has set up and run several classrooms and programs for children and adults with moderate to severe disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and challenging behaviors.
Kimberli has experience with children and adults ages 10-22 with varying diagnoses (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disability, etc) in the school and community settings. She has taught in elementary, middle and high schools as well as transition programming.
Kimberli is a member of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA).
