Danielle, M.A., BCBA joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2018, servicing St. Petersburg and Tampa, Florida. She is a supervising BCBA with Butterfly Effects.
Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Emory University in 2015, and her Master of Arts degree in Exceptional Student Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of West Florida in 2017. Danielle received her BCBA certification in 2017.
She has expertise conducting functional behavior assessments, skill assessments such as the VB-MAPP and Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), writing and implementing behavior intervention plans, training parents on aspects of treatment, and training behavior technicians to provide service in accordance with clients’ behavior intervention plans. She also has experience working in close collaboration with occupational, physical, and speech therapists in order to develop a well-rounded treatment plan with the aim to maintain open and dynamic communication.
Danielle has experience with early intervention, working intensively on skill acquisition in young children on the Autism spectrum. This includes functional communication training based on principles of verbal behavior as well as skill acquisition training.
Danielle is a member of the Bay Area Association for Behavior Analysis (BAABA) and the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA).
