Rachel joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in July 2014. She services Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA. She is a Regional Director with Butterfly Effects.
Rachel earned her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy at Southern Illinois University. Rachel received her BCBA certification in 2007.
She works primarily with children ages 2-21 in home, school, and community-based settings. Rachel is particularly interested in social skills and social skills groups. She is also skilled in functional assessment, behavior reduction and replacement strategies.
Rachel’s primary experience has been working with children with autism. She has conducted Parent Training and educational workshops about the benefits of ABA and best practices for implementing ABA programs for parents, teachers, and other service providers.
Rachel is a member of the Louisiana Behavior Analysis Association.
