Ashley joined Butterfly Effects as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2011, serving in the Fayetteville and Goldsboro Markets. She earned her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in 2014 and assumed a Senior Supervisor role in the Raleigh/Durham area with the company. She is a Regional Director with Butterfly Effects.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 2008 and obtained her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in December of 2013.
As a BCBA, she demonstrates clinical expertise in the areas of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, improving communication and functional language with vocal and non-vocal learners, verbal behavior skills, and behavior reduction. Ashley has experience within home, community, and school placement programs.
In addition to her experience as a behavior analyst, Ashley is a therapeutic foster parent, certified in Basic Life Support and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.
Ashley maintains her membership with the NC Association for Behavior Analysis and is an active member of the Association of Applied Behavior Analysis International.
