Paige joined Butterfly Effects as a Behavior Technician in 2012, servicing Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She acquired her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification in 2016 and assumed Lead Company Trainer for NC that same year.
Paige earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services/Psychology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1996 and obtained her certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute Of Technology in July of 2015.
As a BCaBA, she demonstrates expertise in the areas of young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, improving communication and functional language, verbal behavior skills, and behavior reduction programs. As Lead Trainer, Paige ensures new hires in NC are efficiently and professionally trained within Company timelines and industry standards. She travels to all 7 markets across the state to assist with on-going RBT training and policy refreshers.
Paige has experience within home and community programs. Her experience also stems from her oldest son’s diagnosis with ASD. She has the unique perspective of seeing both sides of the coin when it comes to merging her professional and personal life. She takes pride in sharing her journey through RBT training, parent training and Corporate support.
Paige is a member of the Autism Speaks chapter of Eastern North Carolina, Autism Society in Raleigh, NC and North Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis (NCABA)
