Zachary joined Butterfly Effects as a BCBA in 2015, servicing Houston, Texas. He is a Senior Consultant, Company Trainer, and Welcome Ambassador with Butterfly Effects.
Zachary earned his Bachelors in Psychology and dual Masters in Experimental Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Zachary received their BCBA certification in 2014.
He works with a wide range of ages, typically 2-years-old to 21-years-old, and has experience in working with noncompliance, self-injurious behaviors, stereotyping, transitioning, motor skills deficits, academic skills, and daily living skills training, as well as many other maladaptive behaviors.
Zachary has experience with home, school, and clinical-based settings. He particularly also has researched in applications of ABA in public settings, primarily in pedestrian cross-walking situations.
Zachary was an active member of Psi Chi, an international honors society in Psychology at McNeese State University.
