Director of ABA Center Development
Butterfly Effects is seeking an experienced BCBA for the position of Director of ABA Center Development. The successful applicant shall work with the BE leadership team to develop the instructional setting, management structure, curriculum, and procedures to successfully open and operate centers that are designed to meet the needs of children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Director of Center Based Services shall identify locations in major markets across the nation and develop a business plan related to opening centers. The applicant must have experience designing centers to service young children affected by ASD. Applicants must also have experience running/organizing parent training groups, social skills groups, and generalizing skills taught in centers to the family's home.
The position requires the applicant to reside in South Florida Broward or Palm Beach County. Butterfly Effects offers a strong compensation package, on-going professional development, as well as relocation assistance. The Director of Center Based Services will work directly with the company's President and Executive Team relative to executing and developing the rollout of centers. The applicant should be able to travel to various markets across the nation at least twice per month. This position represents a significant opportunity for an experienced BCBA to work with a committed and positive team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of children and families affected by ASD.
Butterfly Effects is an Autism Specific Provider Group that implements a home and community-based services treatment model. The treatment model is grounded in the implementation science of Applied Behavior Analysis ABA, Family-Centered Planning, Routines-Based Intervention, and family participation. BE's treatment philosophy is guided by the belief that services should be provided in the natural environment as early as possible, be individualized for each child/family, and support the unique culture of each family. The BE treatment team is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who will engage the family in their child's treatment, coordinate care with other treatment professionals, work with community resources, supervise the behavior technician BT implementing the treatment plan, and develop a positive collaborative relationship with any other professionals working with the child and family.
