    Thinking About a Career as a BCBA?

    At Butterfly Effects, BCBAs play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism. They design and manage personalized behavior plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), assess needs, understand behaviors, and guide Behavior Technicians. BCBAs also collaborate closely with families to help each child grow and succeed.

    If you are currently enrolled in a BCBA program and are interested in starting your career with Butterfly Effects we offer our Launch Pad Program to help you complete your 2,000 hours of supervised fieldwork. The Launchpad program offers a hands-on experience, guided by a qualified BCBA, to help you develop practical skills and become a competent practitioner in the field of behavior analysis.
