Roseville and how it can make
a difference for your family.
What is ABA therapy?
ABA is formally known as Applied Behavioral Analysis. It breaks down behaviors into smaller sections that can be addressed individually. This offers additional help for children who are experiencing autism spectrum disorder behavioral issues or who need assistance in developing the basic skills needed to care for themselves in fundamental ways. Your therapist will work with you to determine the scope and direction of treatment for your child. Your therapist is there to promote the best outcomes for you and your family.
Learn moreHow long does ABA therapy take?
ABA therapies vary in duration depending on the desired results. For minor behavioral adjustments, it may take only a few sessions that may total 25 hours or less. More extensive therapies will require additional time. Children with autism spectrum disorders may require one to three years of intensive therapy to produce the best results.
Learn moreWhere can ABA therapy be performed?
ABA therapies can be delivered in any place where your child feels comfortable and on which you and the therapist agree.
