Butterfly Effects Completes Acquisition of Autism Treatment Solutions, LLC

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL – Butterfly Effects, LLC (“Butterfly Effects”), a portfolio company of Moran Capital Partners, LLC, has completed the acquisition of Autism Treatment Solutions, LLC of Stockton, California (“ATS” or the “Company”). The acquisition of ATS expands Butterfly Effects’ geographic presence adding a significant presence in northern California and bolsters Butterfly Effects national footprint.
ATS was founded in 2012 and has quickly grown to become one of the leading providers of applied behavior analysis (“ABA”) therapy to children with autism spectrum and other related disorders in the Bay, East Bay and Central Valley regions. ATS utilizes the science of ABA to manage and decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase socially significant skills. The Company’s research-based ABA programs are comprehensive, individualized and promote independence across a variety of domains.
