Nicole comes to us with over 8 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has experience in a wide range of settings including group home, independent living, and inpatient psychiatric. She has experience with a variety of populations including adults and adolescents with chronic mental illness, personality disorders, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, substance abuse and dual diagnoses. Nicole has extensive experience with reducing maladaptive behavior, training adaptive skills, and designing and managing large scale token economy systems. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and her dog.
