We make all attempts to allow concerns to be resolved by immediate parties. Should a concern be failed to be resolved, please use the following hierarchy:

Butterfly Effects strives to communicate important information to our families and employees on a regular basis. Some of the several ways in which BE strives to communicate important information includes:
  • Family Handbook (shared at the onset of services)
  • 60-day Family Satisfaction Survey
  • Monthly (regular) BCBA protocol modification sessions
  • Monthly (at minimum) caregiver training sessions
  • Family Newsletter (bi-monthly)
  • 6-month treatment plan updates
  • April Autism Awareness Month
  • Annual Parent Satisfaction Survey (sent each October)
