JOB SUMMARY: Butterfly Effects, an Autism Specific Home and Community Based Provider, is seeking a Regional Director. The position requires a professional driven to lead a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians to provide the highest quality ABA-informed treatment to families affected by ASD. The candidate will have all the support of the Butterfly Effects clinical and business leadership team in developing the state. The Regional Director will be required to conduct professional development trainings, supervise BCBA staff, represent the company at professional conferences, assist in research projects, interview staff, and interface with BE's business development department. Overall, we are looking for a BCBA leader with exceptional clinical skills who can develop the business. The position represents an incredible opportunity for BCBAs looking to expand their leadership skill set and making a meaningful difference in the lives of families.


COMPANY OVERVIEW: The treatment model is grounded in the implementation science of Applied Behavior Analysis ABA, Family-Centered Planning, Routines-Based Intervention, and family participation. BE's treatment philosophy is guided by the belief that services should be provided in the natural environment as early as possible, be individualized for each child/family, and support the unique culture of each family. The BE treatment team is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who will engage the family in their child's treatment, coordinate care with other treatment professionals, work with community resources, supervise the behavior technician BT implementing the treatment plan, and develop a positive collaborative relationship with any other professionals working with the child and family. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • BCBA Certification - Must hold a current BCBA certification by the BACB that is in good standing.
  • 3+ years' experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred.
