Butterfly Effects is Hiring for a BCBA for our ABA Center in Deerfield Beach!

JOB SUMMARY: The Center BCBA is responsible for the design and implementation of individualized behavior treatment programs for clients receiving center services. The BCBA is accountable for developing and maintaining professional relationships with caregivers that result in optimal outcomes for the client and family greeting each family every morning during drop-off or saying goodbye to the families every afternoon during pick-up. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, monitors treatment progress, recommends appropriate programmatic changes, establishes appropriate treatment goals in consultation with families, and provides evidenced-based treatment to improve and generalize a client's personal independence. The BCBA supervises behavior technician staff to ensure evidenced-based treatment is implemented at the highest fidelity and ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board are maintained. The BCBA will also provide guidance to their team members in establishing programs, as well as training and mentoring the team members.


  • Manage daily schedules including client cancellations and staff absence

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB
  • BCBAs that require additional experience will be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program.
  • 1+ year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a center based setting preferred.
  • Experience with ACE curriculum preferred.
